At A to Z Gems, we understand that you are eagerly waiting for your astrological gemstone. We ensure that every product is packaged securely and delivered to your doorstep through the most reliable courier networks in India.

1. Order Processing & Vedic Energization

Unlike standard e-commerce products, astrological gemstones require careful preparation:

Loose Gemstones: Processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. This time includes the mandatory Vedic Energization (Pran Pratishtha) performed by our priests in your name.
Custom Jewelry (Rings/Pendants): If you have requested the gemstone to be mounted in Gold, Silver, or Panchdhatu, the crafting, hallmarking, and energization process will take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 Business Days.
Tier 2/3 Cities & Rest of India: 4 to 6 Business Days.
Remote Locations: May take up to 7-8 Business Days depending on courier reach.

3. Courier Partners & Security

We partner only with premium and trusted logistics providers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.

All shipments are 100% insured while in transit. In the rare event of a lost package, you are completely protected.
Packages are sent in tamper-proof security bags. Please do not accept the package if the seal appears broken or tampered with.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS. You can also track your shipment live on our website by visiting the Track Your Order page using your Order ID and Email address.

5. Shipping Charges

We provide Free Premium Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply at checkout depending on your pin code.
